With a history dating back nearly 150 years, building materials supplier Alley-Cassetty Companies needed to modernize its internal and external communications to deliver a better customer experience going forward. With Verizon as a strategic partner, Alley-Cassetty’s decision-makers mapped out a digital transformation plan that integrated several solutions to enhance company-wide collaboration and to deliver for its customers.

Unifying the company’s 14 locations with Verizon One Talk, a cloud-based phone system with 50-plus features that simplifies phone messaging and call transferring

Equipping field employees with Verizon’s Push To Talk service, giving them the ability to send alerts and share images in near real time with hand-held devices and rugged digital tablets.
